What a great time to be a Democrat!
York County was well represented at the debate and the Jefferson Jackson Dinner and Clyburn Fish Fry.
York County had the maximum number of delegates at the State Convention. Delegates cheered loudly when John Spratt spoke. We were all over the place shaking hands and urging a 46 county state strategy that includes us.
Delegates at the convention put the party on record squarely behind public education and health care reform. Spring Forward was an outstanding event. Volunteers are still calling our headquarters, offering to pitch in.
There is a sea change beginning in our state. Thanks to all of you, these next two years will be the years of the Donkey – Hee Haw!
